Award Collection

If you have yet to collect your medallion, our team will contact you by 11 July 2026 to confirm your preferred Bloodbank location and collection appointment. 

Medallions will be available for collection at all five Bloodbanks from 20 July to 30 September 2026 (excluding Public Holidays), subject to the respective Bloodbanks' operating hours.

Note: An appointment is required for all collections, especially for Medal for Life recipients.

How to Collect

• Verification: Please bring along your medallion collection SMS, email, or invitation letter for verification during your appointment. Kindly provide your name and contact number during collection at Bloodbanks. 
• Proxy Collection: If you are unable to collect your medallion personally, you may appoint a proxy.
  • To arrange a proxy collection, please email donate.blood@redcross.sg with your mobile number and collection request.
  • The award recipient is to complete a form providing his/her name, contact number and the proxy’s name and contact number before the collection. 
  • The proxy should provide us with the Award Recipient’s name and contact number during collection at Bloodbanks for verification.
