Caring for others can be deeply meaningful, but it is also demanding and, at times, exhausting. This programme is designed to support caregivers in sustaining themselves while continuing to care for others. The course helps caregivers better understand the impact caregiving has on their body, emotions, and decision-making, and provides practical ways to manage stress, fatigue, and emotional load in everyday caregiving situations. Rather than offering idealised notions of self-care, the focus is on realistic, workable strategies that fit into daily routines. By the end of the programme, caregivers will be better equipped to recognise early signs of overload, set healthier boundaries, seek support when needed, and care for themselves without guilt
