CoEPP signs MOU with Asia Dengue Voice & Action

The Centre of Excellence for Pandemic Preparedness (CoEPP), established by the Singapore Red Cross, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Asia Dengue Voice & Action (ADVA), formalising a partnership to strengthen regional collaboration on dengue preparedness in Southeast Asia.

Dengue remains a significant public health challenge in the region. With climate shifts, urbanisation and cross-border movement, regional coordination is critical to improving prevention, surveillance and response.

About ADVA

Asia Dengue Voice & Action (ADVA) is a regional platform established in 2011 that brings together public health experts, policymakers, researchers and partners to strengthen dengue prevention, surveillance and preparedness across Asia.

Through its Policy Working Group (ADPWG) launched in April 2024, ADVA focuses on policy dialogue, country pathways and evidence-informed dengue control, aligned with the World Health Organization’s goal of Zero Dengue Deaths by 2030.
