Singapore Red Cross Society was awarded the Data Protection Trustmark (DPTM) Certification for a period of 3 years, with effect from 28 June 2024. Developed by the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and the Info-Communications Media Development Authority (IMDA), and adapted from local and international benchmarks and best practices on data protection, the DPTM is a voluntary enterprise-wide certification. It is an accountability tool demonstrating SRC's compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Singapore Red Cross Society is a Learning Service Provider certified to ISO 29993:2017 by SOCOTEC Certification Singapore (SCS), accredited by the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) for the Occupational First Aid Course since 1 July 2021 (formerly ISO 29990:2010 since May 2016) — a clear affirmation that the first aid training course conducted by the Singapore Red Cross Academy has met quality and professional standards in the delivery of education, training and development. Singapore Red Cross is committed to ensuring quality and effectiveness of its training courses, improvement of knowledge transfer, while enhancing the transparency and comparability of the range of learning services provided.
The Singapore Red Cross renewed its bizSAFE Level 3 Certification. SRC is committed to ensuring safety and health standards at the workplace, by acquiring risk management capabilities and implementing a Work Safety and Health management system.
