[Gaza Humanitarian Crisis] Singapore Red Cross Launches Photo Exhibition, Calls for Renewed Support to Fundraising Appeal

Singapore, 6 March 2026 – Two years since the onset of the Gaza humanitarian crisis, countless families continue to grapple with the devastating aftermath. Homes have been destroyed, livelihoods disrupted, and communities displaced. While global attention has shifted, the reality on the ground remains complex. Many are still struggling to rebuild their lives amidst deep uncertainty.

To shed light on this ongoing humanitarian situation, the Singapore Red Cross (SRC) is launching a sequential photo journey, “Two Years On, We Are Still Here”. This exhibition offers a powerful visual journey into life in Gaza beyond the initial emergency, illustrating how humanitarian efforts evolve from urgent relief to long-term recovery and resilience.

The seven-panel exhibition will share intimate glimpses into the lives of individuals and families navigating the prolonged crisis and displacement. Through compelling imagery, visitors will witness the daily challenges faced by affected communities; from food insecurity, limited access to safe water, the struggle with shelter, healthcare, and dignity. At the same time, the exhibition highlights the resilience of communities determined to rebuild their lives despite immense hardship, as well as the ongoing humanitarian support by the Red Cross Red Crescent (RCRC) Movement, and the SRC’s relief and recovery efforts.

Through this exhibition, SRC hopes to deepen public understanding of the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and rally renewed support for its efforts for the people of Gaza, enabling continued aid for communities affected by the conflict.

From March to June 2026, the roving exhibition will travel to Tiong Bahru Plaza, Tekka Place, Waterway Point, and many more locations.
