Who You're Helping

Your effort as a fundraiser reaches across five communities.

Young Hearts

❤️ Children & Youth

Shafira is 10 and lives in a one-room flat, where even simple homework can feel impossible without much room for her to breathe. Through the Young Hearts programme, she found support, hope and the possibility to dream of a future that feels bigger than her four walls.

  • $6,000 provides a child with a sense of belonging and possibility for 1 year.

❤️ Seniors Staying Alone

After her husband passed away, Mdm Ng Ban Wee, 72, was left to manage on her own — and like many seniors living alone, the worry of falling with no one nearby never quite leaves. HoME+, ElderAid, and MCT give seniors like her the safety, companionship, and peace of mind to age with dignity.

  • $80 gives an isolated senior a safe trip to their medical appointment with a trained chaperone.
  • $400 gives a vulnerable senior a full year of regular check-ins, warm companionship, and a friendly defense against the quiet health risk of loneliness.
  • $1,920 gives an elderly individual one year of 24/7 peace of mind, to age safely and independently in their own homes.

❤️ Persons with Disabilities

Vicky is 43, has hydrocephalus, and lives with mobility limitations that make daily life impossible to manage, even with a full-time caretaker. After 20 years of searching, his mother found professional care she could trust at RCHD and the DAC — a place where Vicky belongs, and she can finally breathe. For people like Vicky, round-the-clock care, therapy, and companionship can make all the difference.

  • $500 covers one month of consumables and essentials for one resident — milk feeds, diapers, nursing supplies and medical fees.
  • $2,000 covers one year of care services - nursing, therapy, outings, after-hours emergency ambulance and assistive support.
  • $8,000 covers a resident or individual's care services and essential support for an entire year.

❤️ Families in Need

Some families hit a hard season where putting food on the table becomes the heaviest thing to carry. Meals with Love and Steady Steps work together to give them breathing room — food support and stability coaching to help them recover and find their footing again.

  • $600 a month gives a vulnerable working family the sustained cash and grocery support to clear formal debts, build meaningful savings, and steadily journey toward self-reliance.

❤️ Migrant Workers

Migrant workers and domestic helpers build our city and our homes, often far from family and the support they know. CHoW brings them together through wellness talks, sports activities, and community outings — making Singapore a home away from home for every worker who is part of it.

  • $500 provides 185 migrant workers with welcoming safe spaces, essential wellness workshops, and the reassuring support they need to thrive while working far from home.
