To mitigate the impact of the pandemic on the livelihoods of vulnerable communities, the Singapore Red Cross’ Centre for Occupational Learning and Employment (COLE) provides Employability & Livelihoods support.

WHAT WE DO

The Singapore Red Cross’ Centre for Occupational Learning and Employment (COLE) offers Singaporeans, whose livelihoods were affected, basic employability training and job facilitation.

HOW WE HELP

The pandemic has serious and far-reaching effects on low-income families. The Singapore Red Cross’ Centre for Occupational Learning and Employment (COLE) provides practical support, through soft-skills training, career coaching, and job recommendations to eligible participants.

WHO WE HELP

The COLE programme is open to Singaporeans aged between 18 to 59 years, whose livelihoods were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This programme is also open to present and past beneficiaries of the Singapore Red Cross’ social services.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

To offer practical employability support, the Singapore Red Cross works with partners to fund and deliver training, and to extend job opportunities to participants. The Singapore Red Cross also welcomes referrals from social service agencies.
