Schneider Electric deployed 15 interns for each of its three arts and crafts workshops organised for seniors of the Singapore Red Cross (SRC) ElderAid programme at Our Tampines Hub on 8, 15 and 22 April.
The arts and crafts workshops helped seniors lead enriching lives while unleashing their creativity.
"It was a good experience. The cute bear printing was nice," said Mdm Chen Hsuan Mei, 80.
"I love the colours and games with the volunteers. I am happy to be a part of the big Red Cross family, with many people around," said Mdm Ganamuthu Tamish Kodi, 78.
Schneider Electric's volunteering experience exemplifies the role that partners can play in uplifting the lives of seniors.
