In conjunction with the Evergreen Luncheon Show, three thousand seniors received complimentary gift bags comprising mooncakes of assorted flavours, biscuits, and coconut beverages amid the Mid-Autumn Festival. 

During the distribution phase, more than 100 volunteers distributed the gift bags from 24 September to 1 October 2023. Of the 3,000 gift bags distributed, 945 gift bags were distributed to 13 centres of the Chinese Development Assistance Council.

A total of 1,055 gift bags were distributed to Bishan-Toa Payoh Group Representation Constituency (GRC), represented by its Member for Parliament, Mr Chee Hong Tat, Choa Chu Kang GRC, represented by its Member of Parliament, Ms Low Yen Ling, Marine Parade GRC (Joo Chiat Division), represented by its Member of Parliament, Mr Edwin Tong, Marsiling-Yew Tee GRC, represented by its Member of Parliament, Mr Lawrence Wong, Telok Blangah constituency, represented by its Member of Parliament, Ms Rachel Ong,  and Yio Chu Kang Single-Member Constituency represented by Member of Parliament, Mr Yip Hon Weng. Mr Yip distributed the mooncakes to the doorsteps of the seniors. 

The remaining 1,000 gift bags were distributed to the Singapore Red Cross' ElderAid beneficiaries in Yishun and Tampines. 

Exemplifying the power of humanity, the Singapore Red Cross (SRC), Wui Chiu Fui Kun, Yellow Ribbon Singapore and Sambu Group rallied together in solidarity to provide sponsorship of the mooncakes and beverages. 

This initiative was the brainchild of Ms Terene Seow, President of Wui Chui Fui Kun Clan. She said, "I am thankful that the volunteers and partners came on board to support this meaningful project, bringing joy to seniors and their families amid the Mid-Autumn Festival."
