Emotional wounds are often less visible but if left untreated, they could lead to long term impact on mental wellbeing. Do you wish to help someone in distress but not sure where to start?

In a 6.5-hour workshop (available in person or virtually), you can learn how to:

  • Recognise the importance of self care
  • Identify the signs of stress in people around you
  • Confidently facilitate coping for affected persons
  • Lift and support affected persons using PFA framework

This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to be empowered to give psychosocial support.
