To mitigate the impact of the pandemic on the livelihoods of vulnerable communities, the Singapore Red Cross’ Centre for Occupational Learning and Employment (COLE) provides Employability & Livelihoods support.
WHAT WE DO
The Singapore Red Cross’ Centre for Occupational Learning and Employment (COLE) offers Singaporeans, whose livelihoods were affected, basic employability training and job facilitation.
