CPR + AED Provider (4 hours)
Learn the chain of survival, recognise cardiac arrest, perform hands-only CPR, and use an AED safely and confidently. Includes practice on adult manikins and scenario-based drills.
- Assess scene safety and summon help
- Hands-only CPR (adult) and AED operation
- Recovery position and post-resuscitation care

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS + AED) — 1 day
Full-spectrum CPR for adult, child, and infant casualties with AED use, choking management, and basic first aid. Suitable for clinics, childcare, and community responders.
- Adult/child/infant CPR with AED
- Choking relief (Heimlich/Back blows)
- Scenario tests & skills validation

Standard First Aid (SFA) — 2 days
Core first aid competencies including fractures, bleeding, burns, shock, and medical emergencies. Required by many workplaces and schools.
- Primary survey & casualty management
- Bandaging, immobilisation, wound care
- Common emergencies (asthma, hypoglycaemia, seizures)

Occupational First Aid (OFA) — 3 days
Designed for appointed workplace first aiders. Covers risk control, incident management, and first aid for industrial settings.
