We run a Day Activity Centre, providing day care for those with multiple disabilities. Our programme is designed to impart daily and community living skills, to maximise the independence of persons with disabilities. We offer social, recreational and therapeutic activities for our clients.
Who can benefit:
We provide day care services to those who can return home to their loved ones, providing respite for caregivers during the day. Our presence means that their caregivers and family members can go about their livelihood, with the assurance that their loved ones are well cared for, at a "home away from home". Here’s a story of how that matters to the mother of our client.
Programme highlights:

“We chose the DAC because of the homely, airy and bright environment, the food provided and its cleanliness. We are happy with the service as the staff are very responsive, they constantly update us on Fahmi’s well-being and condition and they know how to handle the situation when Ahmad experiences an epileptic fit.
In the past, he used to be in his own world; he would play on his own in his room. These days, he can sit with us in the living room for longer periods of time to watch TV and he is no longer afraid of being in the presence of people.”
Mdm Nuraini Bte Mohd Noor, mother of Ahmad Fahmi Bin Yusuf.
