Our residents of the Red Cross Home for the Disabled (RCHD) experienced an Immersive Disney Animation at an outing to the Marina Bay Sands on 23 and 30 November 2023! The outing and the distribution of hampers to the residents were generously sponsored by XM.

The 360-degree multi-sensory experience took our residents to the Walt Disney Animation Studios movies. State-of-the-art technology brought the movies, featuring timeless classics to modern blockbusters, to life.

The Immersive Disney Animation enthralled our residents with iconic songs and scenes from over 40 of Disney’s beloved animated films. Our residents were brought on a captivating journey travelling through Zootopia with Judy Hopps, diving to the ocean floor with Ariel, taking a magic carpet ride with Aladdin, witnessing Rafiki introduce Simba at Pride Rock and being surrounded by the animal kingdom, or singing with Elsa in the world of Frozen.

Our residents also took a peek behind the scenes at how Walt Disney Animation Studios brought movies to life through the exclusive, specially curated interactive exhibits. 

The residents' radiant smiles, laughter, and good cheer spoke volumes about their enjoyment during the enjoyable and entertaining excursion.
