One Bag of Blood
Saves Three Lives

130,000 units of blood are needed a year – approximately 400 a day – to support the nation’s blood transfusion needs.

Blood is needed in emergencies and to sustain the lives of those with medical conditions, as well as patients undergoing major surgeries.

For many, blood donors are their lifeline.
