Junior First Aid Workshop

A fun, interactive first aid introduction for children — covering household burns, choking, nosebleeds, asthma awareness, and basic CPR & AED operation.

Accredited first aid course meeting CERT regulatory guidelines. Trains designated first aiders to respond to medical emergencies before professional help arrives.

Basic Cardiac Life Support + AED Provider Course

Equips learners with critical life-saving skills — recognising life-threatening emergencies, performing CPR, using an AED, and relieving choking in adults and infants.

Standard First Aid with AED

The gold standard in first aid training — complete foundations in medical emergency response and CPR+AED for adult casualties. Refresher course available (12 hours).

For: Sports coaches, PE teachers, fitness instructors, fire wardens, and safety coordinators.

Child First Aid Course (CFAC)

Mandatory under ECDA requirements for preschool educators. Equips participants with theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills to respond to paediatric medical emergencies. Refresher course available.

For: Preschool teachers, childcare staff, infant care professionals, domestic helpers, parents, and caregivers of babies and children.

3 Days SSG Funded MOM Mandatory

Occupational First Aid Course (OFAC)

Fulfils Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act requirements. Prepares personnel in factories, construction sites, and commercial buildings to act as designated workplace first aiders. Refresher course available.

For: Designated first aiders in mid-to-high risk workplaces, construction managers, WSH officers, and industrial team leaders.

Cats & Dogs Basic First Aid

A specialty workshop teaching pet owners and volunteers how to assess distress, handle bleeding, recognise common poisonings, and perform pet-safe CPR.

For: Pet owners, shelter volunteers, professional animal handlers, and dog walkers.

Psychological First Aid (PFA)

A foundational programme covering active listening and psychosocial peer support. Builds confidence to provide immediate distress support during situational trauma.

For: Beginners and any individuals aged 16 and above seeking essential skills for immediate distress support.

9 Hours SSG Funded

Psychological First Aid+ (PFA+)

An enhanced programme with deeper mental health literacy, clinical rigour, and SSG/SkillsFuture Credit eligibility. Comprehensive training in crisis support methodologies.

For: Individuals aged 16 and above, managers, HR leads, social advocates, and volunteers seeking funded certification.

Psychological First Aid in Groups

Shifts the psychosocial focus from individual to collective recovery. Equips team leaders to navigate shared distress and restore mutual trust within groups. Prerequisite: PFA or PFA+.

For: Frontline responders, safety stewards, team captains, and managers with a duty of care.

Advanced Psychological First Aid (APFA)

A deep dive into psychological intervention in high-stakes environments — specialised trauma responses, grief, bereavement, and practitioner wellbeing. Prerequisite: PFA or PFA+.

Inclusive Leadership: Cultivating Workplace Wellness

Builds psychologically safe organisational cultures. Learn concrete structures to reduce burnout, promote inclusivity, and handle employee mental health situations with dignity.

Sustainable Crisis Management: Utilising Social Capital for Community Resilience

Learn how communities withstand disasters and civil crises by mobilising local social networks, volunteering resources, and shared social capital.

Caregiving Skills for Common Chronic Conditions

Hands-on training in safe handling, mobility, nutrition, and medical assistance techniques for patients with chronic illnesses such as stroke, diabetes, and heart disease.

Core Skills in Dementia Caregiving

Overseas Disaster Deployment Training (ODDT)

An immersive outdoor scenario simulation preparing responders for deployment in disaster zones — earthquakes, tsunamis, and refugee crises — with minimal local supplies.

For: Red Cross emergency response volunteers, humanitarian medical doctors, tactical responders, and international disaster logisticians.
